RETURN POLICY: Each piece is hand-made to order. We unfortunately do not accept cancellations, order changes, or returns after an order has been confirmed.
DAMAGED GOODS: All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent out only if the damage is reported within 24hrs of delivery, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. With White Glove shipping orders must be inspected with the carrier on delivery. Do not accept delivery if goods are damaged.
